What are the benefits of the free trial?
During the free trial you will be able to automatically detect silence in your clips and preview what will be removed. However, you'll only be able to download the file or export it to the Filmora timeline with the Silence Detection Add-on once you purchase the additional subscription. A license for Filmora is not included with either the trial or paid subscription for Silence Detection Add-on.

What is the relationship between Filmora and Silence Detection Add-on?
Silence Detection Add-on is an optional module which can be added to Filmora for an additional payment. A license for Filmora must be purchased separately.

Are my subscription periods for Filmora and Silence Detection Add-on the same?
No. Your subscriptions for Filmora and Silence Detection Add-on may start at and run for different periods of time depending on which plans you subscribe to and when your subscriptions begin. You can see information relating to your subscription in your Account Center.

I paid for Silence Detection Add-on but my exported video has a watermark. Why?
Silence Detection is an add-on for Filmora. Once you purchase the Silence Detection Add-on you will be able to export .mp4 files to your local folders without any watermarks within the valid period of the subscription. However, if you want to edit the clip further in the Filmora timeline and export it from there, a Filmora license is needed. A license for Filmora is not included with your purchase of Silence Detection Add-on and must be purchased separately.
